Booking a ride should be simple. Below are quick answers to the most common questions about booking, availability, and service with happy cab.
Did I leave something in the cab?
We do have a lost and found. If a driver finds an item in the vehicle, it is turned in after the shift when the cab is cleaned. Please contact 912-409-4549 during business hours so we can help reunite you with your belongings.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
How much does a ride cost?
Pricing is shown when you book online at happycab.net, where you can see your estimated fare before confirming your ride. Online booking is the easiest way to get pricing and schedule in advance.
How do out-of-town rides work?
Yes. Online bookings allow you to schedule rides ahead of time. When scheduling, we recommend allowing an extra 10 minutes for traffic to delays. Phone bookings are handled first-come, first-served with an average wait time of 30-35 minutes.
What are the canceling policies?
Out-of-town rides include destinations outside our local service area, such as trips from Kingsland or St Mary's to Jacksonville International Airport or other cities. For these longer trips, payment is required before leaving town. Our drivers will text you ahead of time when they are on the way and will coordinate payment using your booking number. This process helps ensure a smooth, reliable ride for longer distances.
We understand that plans can change. Scheduled rides may be canceled up to 30 minutes before the pickup time at no charge. If a ride is cancelled after the driver has arrived or at the door a $10 cancellation fee may apply. This these cases. the booking number and pick up addresses may be temporarily suspended until the fee is resolved. This policy applies to both online and phone bookings and helps us respect our drivers time while maintain reliable service for all customers.
